This website privacy policy explains how Return to Me, LLC (“our” “us” or “we”) does or does not collect, use, or share your PII when you access and use our website www.myreturntome.com (referred to as the “website” or “site”). PII You Provide and/or We Collect

For the purposes of our privacy policy PII includes both specific device information, which we do not collect, and information that you provide to us, which could be through the website, email, or third party tool.


At this time our website does not collect any specific device information data, referred to as device information, about the connection made to the website by your personal computer or device. For third party data collection refer to the section below. It is likely that the third parties will collect device information automatically.


Our website is setup to only collect site visit data. This is data that provides anonymous site visit information and is configured by to collect additional traffic data, such as page load times. Raw server logs and traffic data are streamed to the GoDaddy data centers in the United States, please refer to the “Third Party Websites and Tools” section below. This type of data does not contain PII.

  • Age (which is required to determine the ability to legally provide service)

  • Narratives
  • Referral Information


How Your PII is Used 

The PII that you provide is only used to conduct routine business. This includes all activities associated with the PII that you may provide and data that we may collect. This also includes your data that is used for direct communication with you, payment processing, and legal requirements.

Your PII may be used to satisfy any legal requests made to us to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful request for PII we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights

Device Information

We do not collect your specific device information. Third parties may collect your device information. Please refer to the “Third Party Websites and Tools” section below for their respective privacy policies.

We collect site visit data, this is data that provides anonymous site visit information and is configured by to collect additional traffic data, such as page load times. We use this data to help understand whether our website has visitors and is loading quickly.

Data will be handled according to our privacy policy unless a formal request is received and the terms are agreed to. When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.


How We Share Your PII

We currently do not use any analytics tools, either our own or third party. You or we share your PII with third parties to help us securely manage and use your PII, as described in the section “How We Use Your PII” above. Take for example coordinating to reschedule an appointment.

The types of third parties with whom we might share elements of your PII include:

  • Payment Processors: Those who provide payment processing on our behalf, to securely store and handle payments information, such as credit or debit card information. Additionally they may provide the option to create an account. Any such account is maintained solely by them.
  • Email Providers: Those who provide email management and distribution tools and services.
  • Security Providers: Those who provide security and fraud prevention tools and services.
  • Communications Providers: Those who provide a means to communicate for sessions.
  • Scheduling Providers: Those who provide methods for booking appointments. Additionally they may provide the option to create an account. Any such account is maintained solely by them.
  • Form Providers: Those who provide secure methods for forms and tools to collect PII and provide the data to us. Additionally they may provide the option to create an account. Any such account is maintained solely by them.

We may also share your PII to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.


How We Store Your Data

The information we collect is contained on password protected personal computers (PCs) or devices that are only accessible to Return to Me, LLC. The PCs and/or devices will be kept up to date with current operating system (OS) security updates as they are available and stable. We use commercially reasonable security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of information stored on our servers. 

No computer, device, network, or method of data transmission using the internet is perfectly secure, nor can it be. We work to make all our devices and communications as secure as is feasible. We encourage you to do the same. By submitting your PII to us or a third party you are assuming the risk.

We will retain your PII for our records unless and until you ask us to delete your PII.


Email Marketing

We do not currently use email marketing. This may be subject to change in the future. In the event that it does you will be notified with the terms of service and the option to opt in or opt out. No response within 60 days assumes acceptance of the terms of service. A response to opt out will be accepted at any time.


Behavioral Advertising

We do not use external advertisers or behavioral advertising to provide services or products or suggestions of services or products to you. If any such advertising should exist in the future it would most likely be for services provided by us or a very select group of practitioners or wellness products. The services or products would be evaluated and/or used by us. Additionally we would provide full disclosure of any relationships that we have either monetarily or professionally. We would not be responsible for any relationship or data sharing that you would have with any practitioner or organization outside of us.


Data Protection Rights 

We respond to all requests that we receive from any individual who wishes to exercise their data protection rights in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Every effort will be made to respond to a verified request within a reasonable time, or the time-frame required by law.

Data Requests

Requests may include that any PII that we hold about you be corrected, updated, or deleted. Under certain conditions, you may also have the right to restrict or object to our processing of your data, and to request that we transfer your PII to another organization (however unlikely). 

Legal Requests for Data

In the event that we are legally required to share your PII to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful request we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights we will make a reasonable effort to notify you if we are legally able to do so.


Other Governing Data Protection Rights Rules and Regulations

There are currently two (2) specific governing rules and regulations that we address here and are mindful of in our routine conducting of business. They are the European “General Data Protection Regulation” and the California “California Consumer Privacy Act.” In general they detail the handling of data and the rights of an individual to manage the use and retention of their PII.


General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

The GDPR, gdpr-info.eu, effective as of May 25, 2018, is intended to protect the data of European Union (EU) citizens. As a company present in the online space we do not currently advertise our site, content, services and/or future products online. As a result we do not specifically target any services to the EU or conduct business in or to the EU in any directed way. Our website is also hosted in the United States. If the data that you provide to us in the course of your use of our site, content, services and/or future products is governed by GDPR, we will abide by the relevant portions of the Regulation.

The CCPA, effective as of January 1, 2020, is intended to protect the data of California residents.  If you are a resident of California, you have certain rights with respect to your data.

  • Requesting deletion of your PII.
  • If you request that your PII be deleted, you will lose access to all of your sessions in which you are actively registered.
  • In the event you send a request to delete your PII, we will delete your PII, only retaining what is required to create and keep a sufficient record. We will create a record that we will retain a copy of and provide an acknowledgement and response to you.
  • Opting out from the sale of your information to third parties.
  • We do not sell your PII to third parties.
  • We currently have no plans to ever do this.
  • In the event you send a request to opt out from the sale your information to third parties we will create a record that we will retain a copy of and provide an acknowledgement to you.
  • Requesting disclosure of the PII you have provided and we have collected, if it has been shared, and the types of third parties with whom it has been shared.
  • We do not share your PII with third parties.
  • We currently have no plans to ever share your PII with third parties, except as required by routine business and legally as described above.
  • In the event you send a request to disclose what of your PII you have provided and we have collected and the status of sharing with third parties we will create a record that we will retain a copy of and provide an acknowledgement and response to you.
  • Requesting the portability of your information. 
  • Our current infrastructure limits the movement of data which provides a physical security measure.
  • We currently have no plans to have any significant data movement.

With that being said a great deal of time and consideration has been paid to what services are available and how to utilize them to provide the most effective and secure interactions possible. Knowing that no internet related communications and interactions can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure, we worked to identify providers with a track record of consistent strong performance.
